Although I love creating very clean lined abstract art, I also enjoy painting scenes such as horizons or forests. Up close you will see that the scenes are really just drips and layers of paint. I like to manipulate the paint and see what evolves. Many of the abstract paintings have a resin finish on them. The finish is not visible in photographs but it gives the painting a glass like appearance. It also makes them a nightmare to photograph.
